Gabe is the Willis Towers Watson Western Europe Leader for M&A consulting. He has over 10 years’ experience in international consulting and advises multinational companies on all aspects of their compensation and benefit arrangements. Gabe manages multinational projects in the areas of local and cross border benefit, compensation reviews/audits, mergers & acquisitions, expatriate provisions and international IFRS/FAS consolidations.
As Head of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions for Great Britain at Willis Towers Watson, Jana has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Based in London, Jana is an M&A strategy and integration specialist. Her role includes advising clients on a variety of issues that affect employees as a result of a transaction such as merger, acquisition, divestiture, spin-off or restructure.
